NANTA Western Zone Announces 4th Annual Symposium – By Temitope Ogunsebikan

The National Association of Nigeria Travel Agencies, NANTA Western Zone, hereby announces its 2026 Western Zone 4th Annual Symposium scheduled to hold on Thursday, 24th September 2026 at the Rotary Club of Ibadan House, Oyebode Crescent, Iyaganku GRA, Ibadan, Oyo State.

The symposium, themed Africa for Africans: The Role of Policy Makers and Tour Operators Towards Sustainable Destination Management, Growth and Development, is convened to provide a strategic platform for dialogue on policy, innovation, and growth within Nigeria’s travel and tourism sector.

The event will bring together policymakers, industry leaders, tour operators, academics and key stakeholders to deliberate on actionable solutions for sustainable destination management across Oyo, Ogun, Osun, Ondo, Ekiti, and Kwara State.

Speaking ahead of the event, Prince Olaleye Abiodun Ajibade, Vice President, NANTA Western Zone, stated that the symposium is a transformational opportunity for members to reposition their businesses.

Prince Ajibade encourages Travel and Tourism Professionals to attend alongside key staffs to gain actionable insights that will enhance service quality and market competitiveness. Certificates of Participation will be awarded to all participants upon the conclusion of the event.
